Co-Chair

Leads the tournament and the committee. Sets priorities, keeps every portfolio on schedule and represents the tournament with the venue, sponsors and the DeGroote community.
CFO
Chief Financial Officer

Runs the cash ledger, accounting and financial projections. Owns the budget and processes every reimbursement.
CSO
Chief Sponsorship Officer

Owns sponsor packages, outreach, contracting and delivery, including renewals. Leads two sponsorship executives.
CMO
Chief Marketing Officer

Owns the brand and communications and runs all of the tournament's social channels. Coordinates game-day photo and video, so works the course rather than playing in the tournament.
COO
Chief Operating Officer

Owns the venue relationship, bookings, logistics, run of show and day-of execution, including volunteers. Runs the day on the course, so does not play in the tournament.
Finance Executive
1 seat
Keeps the ledger current, tracks payments and reimbursements, and handles raffle cash on game day. Supports the budget and the post-event financial report.
Sponsorship Executive
2 seats
Works a segment of the sponsor pipeline, from first outreach to making sure each sponsor gets everything they were promised.
Marketing Executive
1 to 2 seats
Creates content and runs the social calendar with the CMO, then captures the day on the course rather than playing. Photo, video or design skills are a plus.
Operations Executive
1 seat
Supports bookings, logistics and the volunteer program, then helps run the day on the course rather than playing.
Technology Executive
1 seat
Helps run dsbgolf.ca, registration and payments, and game-day systems such as check-in and live scoring. Learns the platform end to end so it carries forward year to year.
